Mucosal Melanoma - Any New Treatments?

Subject: Mucosal Melanoma - Any new treatments?

Hello out there.  A family member has this cancer. When first discovered it was a mucosal melanoma of the maxillary sinus (tumor in right cheek).  Lost eye and 1/2 palate but, good news, still here!

Anyone have this disease and finding anything working?

 Chemo seems to be working for a while but can't stay on it b/c it's too harsh.

All thoughts welcome.  Thanks, RS
