Haemorrhagic Cyst In Lower Pole Of Left Kidney

Subject: haemorrhagic cyst in lower pole of left kidney

My mother(age 54 years) has detected haemorrhagic cyst lower pole of left kidney of size 5*5 cm. could anyone help me to understand how serious it is. she doesn't have any problem till date and it was incidental finding.

does it mean cyst is malign?  radical refractory is the only answer?
