I have been on Arimidex for 3 years following a node negative lumpectomy. My main side effects are related to oestrogen loss- I have vaginal dryness, leading to dyspareunia.This is well known.
What does not seem to appear in the literature is frequency of passing urine. This is not a huge problem during the day ,but getting out of bed up to five times a night is becoming a bit much. Is this a common problem?
