Anybody Out There Who Has Recovered

Subject: Anybody out there who has recovered

Hi there,

 

I'm just wondering if there is anybody out there who has had a radical vulvectomy and lymph nodes removed, who can give myself and my family some comfort.  My mum who is 66 was diagnosed with vulval cancer only a few weeks ago and is having surgery next week.

 

We are all really frightened and i thought it might help to speak with somebody who has been through it.
