Illinois Breast And Cervical Cancer Act

Subject: Illinois Breast and cervical cancer Act
Date: 03/29/2008

I just want to make anyone from the state of Illinois aware of a program the Governor has. It is for any uninsured woman in Illinois to receive free paps and breast cancer screenings. Also if diagnosed, treatment is also free. IBCCP look up the Governors website -no one knows this even exists for they are not advertising it enough. Please tell your family and friends!!! It is here for them!!!!!!!!!!!!!
