Have you ever had a dilatation done? The doctors stretch your esophagus to make it more elastic both on the sides and the opening at at the bottom to help food go down. Some people need this done 6 or 7 times. I believe it to be a common procedure. It is common to have a lot of scar tissue in your esophagus after radiation. You may need to get the scar tissue taken out eventually but this should help. My dad had it done and now he is able to swallow much better.
thank you for your reply at this time they are unable to dilalate my esophgus or remove scar tissue becouse there is no wat to get to it. if you know of a way or can get the scar tissue out please let me know thank you
