My husband was diagnosed with bowel cancer a year ago. This was a complete surprise as he had had no symptoms. However when he was operated on they found liver mets and also removed his spleen. He also had a small spot on his lung. He has had fourteen chemo sessions and after the last scan the oncologist was pleased and said that all the lessions had shrunk and he was to have another scan after six weeks, this is due on the 22nd April and I am already getting frightened. My husband is a born optimist and says that he wouldn't feel so well if it had got worse. Any words of encouragement please? I must say that he looks a picture of health.

Hi Tina-Know is sounds crazy, but might want to look up tongrenhealing.  Know someone who has Hep C and uses tongren.  Scan a few months ago showed two new liver lesions.  Scan results she just received showed both were gone.  She is a regular tongren practitioner.  Like many of us in the group, when we have results showing growth all gone or stopped in it's tracks with no chemo, the Dr.s scratch their heads and say there must be something wrong with the machine and want to do it again (with the same NED results).  They are studying tongren at Dana Farber and Harvard Medical School.  First survey results are compiled with a paper being written at Harvard Medical, and an offer to present it at oncology conference. I know it's unbelievable and too good to be true, but what have we got to lose?  My husband has a CT today because he has had some of those baffling test results in the past month or two. As a caregiver who has been to hell and back again, I know it has been a major contributing factor in our quality of life, and highly recommend it to anyone who can stretch their belief systems enough to accept the possibility that it could work.

Hi

Thank you so much for answering my query. I am having trouble finding the service you recommended in the UK. There are places but they are all quite a long way from us. My husband had a scan two weeks ago and has to go back on chemo on 14th May. The onchologist told him a year ago that they couldn't cure him but could keep the cancer under control, however I pray all the time that it would be God's will that he could be cured. Thank you for caring. Tina x
