I don't understand when you share with somebody on this site something that has helped them and worked for others that it is blocked????

Isn't this site supposed to help those who are looking for answers????

I have been totally disappointed about this on this site.

Does anybody have any solutions to this?  Is this cancer compass really here to help people? Just wondering.

I think its obvious that we can't make claims that the site will be held responsible for.  I think we should have the freedom to share particulars of our own experiences.

I had an email blocked that mention the name of a product that cures cancer.  The man who makes it available is a 30yr survivor of pancreatic cancer, Fred Eichhorn, lives on Long Island google him.  It helps all cancers. I had kidney, my sister-in-law had ovarian-we are doing great.  I was diagnosed in '02 she in 07. We are free to talk about drugs that are trials or main stream, hmmm, wonder why.

Patti Thank you for the suggested google search for Fred Eichhorn. I came up with the following site and am very impressed. There is a great deal of very important information here. http://www.ncrf.org/ _______________________________ I think its obvious that we can't make claims that the site will be held responsible for.  I think we should have the freedom to share particulars of our own experiences.I had an email blocked that mention the name of a product that cures cancer.  The man who makes it available is a 30yr survivor of pancreatic cancer, Fred Eichhorn, lives on Long Island google him.  It helps all cancers. The important data missing on that site is the failure rate for the "alternative" approach.  Same goes for the other sites that you recommend.  No failure rates.  Are you saying there are none?  Very, very misleading and very unscientific.

Thank you Arnold.  I couldn't agree more.  Makes me wonder if they are not just sales pitches.  I believe there is merit to some of the things suggested, but I hesitate to take any of it at face value without the numbers to back it up.  And I haven't been able to find any.

Thanks chessie - My Oncologist sits down with me and goes over the specific trial data that provides me with key information needed to make an intelligent decision.  There is no question in my mind what direction I should make concerning the protocol.  There was no data on the site referred to , mostly testimonials, etc.  Very misleading and dangerous.

What upsets me more than anything about this stuff is that someone newly diagnosed, scared, alone comes along and believes it!  That to me is dangerous.  Not everyone has the common sense or mindset at that point to comprehend exactly what the diagnosis means or what ALL the alternatives are.  With some of the doctors I've read about on this and other sites, they are not up on the latest treatments or simply don't care.  And if someone in a vulnerable position gets one of those, they don't have much of a chance in my book.

My oncologist has never failed to explain anything I've asked about and a lot of stuff I didn't ask about.  Not sure where I would be if I hadn't been hard headed and persistent enough to not accept the original doctors estimate "you'll be dead within the year".  Unfortunately, many do believe it and give up.  Then they turn to "false hope" by these sites.

Scary to me.

So they can charge a lot of money for it Traditionally Gumby Gumby has been used as a Tea made from harvested, dried and crushed Gumby Gumby leaves. Until now this has proved to be a very successful method of treating many ailments. Even ly Cancer  if you go on to Google and type in  Gumby Gumby youl find it

I suppose if someone came along and made an unsubstantiated claim, and someone followeded the advice, and the person ended up sicker than they started, the Cancer Compass could technically be responsible.

My wife died from metastasized breast cancer, and we were very hopeful there was something that we missed. We researched everything from nutrition to ancient herbal remedies. We knew that the conventional treatments available were the most tried, and the Oncologist she had was very good.

He was not very happy when I told him we were trying Essiac. He tried to convince us that this was somehow inhibiting his chemo coctails. I couldn't stand to watch her suffer, and we were doing anything and everything we could to help save her life. That is what it is all about. Survival. Bottom line.

We did try a host of different things, from aloe for the radiation burns etc. Essiac tea if properly brewed does have significant positive effects on almost all types, and stages of cancer. My wife had cancer from her lungs to her liver. We continued conventional treatments, which mader very, very sick. The essiac had her color back, and her tumors began to shrink immediately (within a week). I have other friends that this happened to as well.

I know the Oncologist was worried that the Essiac would mask his research, but we just weren't going to go out laying down.
