Cancer Free

hello all, i just went for my check up yesterday, i had ovarain back in june  last yr had my surgery in july , then had another surgery  about 4 weeks ago . the one 4 weeks ago turned out they were wrong and the cancer hadnt  came bk . and so i went bk  for my check up yesterday and i had asked him ,  so now wht is the cancer in reamission or  wht he said  no  that i was cancer free as  when he did the last surgery he looked  around  and didnt see any thing at all nothing  so he has to say  i am cancer free, i am so so happy  and i want to tell u all  that come on this site  thanks  so  much  for every ones input and  want to say for u  grls and  woman out there  that have ovarian cancer  be  strong  have a good attitude  toward this thing and u will beat it too , and  remember  there is a reason why  every thing happens, we  dont no wht it is  but i believe theres a reason , and  like  my daughter in law told me once  god only gives us things that we can handle and if he didnt think we could handle it  he wouldnt have given it to us   so  good luck all

Did your doctor tell you why he did a second surgery?  I just am not sure about my doctor.  He said my cancer returned and was in my liver, but he never said anything about trying to get the tumor out of my liver.  I know that it is a very hard surgery, but if it gets all the cancer, I can handle it.

Hi .I am wondering what made your doctor believe you had cancer recurrence second time anyway! Did you go for CT scan , MRI or other tests? If he was mistaking I would go for second opinion at least to have a peace of  mind .I am nervous about cases like that!

Anyway: CONGRATULATIONS ...live large and take care of yourself. We are not invincible...do not loose guard on things.

Sometimes cancer is so advanced in the liver that it is impossible to operate and maybe just maybe the location of cancer is so not desirable to operate. Why don't you go for second opinion? You have every right to!

Did you have a CT scan or MRI done or at least Ultrasound? Liver is a very important organ and you must take care of it.You may read if you want   Gerson Therapy on liver cancers.Google" Gerson Therapy" and see.Just an idea on how to do things different way.
