It is worth reading Dr Myers' book on hormonal therapy and diet if you havn't already done so.
Dr Myers suggests testing levels of both Testosterone and Dihydrotestosterone which both have a role in PC and hormone treatments, to see if the treatment is doing what it's supposed to do.
He also contends that most men who are diagnosed as hormone resistant are not. Some men find that if they have problems with one form of medication , another kind of drug can often work for them.
