Swollen Lymph Nodes In Stomach

I have been on stutent for 11 months and have been told I am stable and many of my tumors are smaller and since I have bone mets, some of the bone is growing back but my oncologist had told me the lymph nodes in my stomach are bigger which has me concernered and troubled partly since he doesn't seem to know why it is happening or isn't telling me.  I have had pain in my left side lately and hip especially later in the day but nothing showed in my CT scan which would explain any of this.  Does anyone have something like this?  Otherwise I am doing as well as can be expected right now.

I have rcc in my lymphe nodes, to find out if i had rcc anywhere else my doctor had me to take a pet scan, with scan will show cancer anywhere in the body, hope this helps.
