Subject: high white blood count

my dad has b cell lymphoma he is 65 years old he just found out a month ago. he has just done his first cemo treatment.he wound up getting sores in his mouth and he is week.his tumor is in his stomache hes lost alot of weight he doesnt eat like he use to.iseen him 4 days ago and he looked bad.my dad was a very out going person always up and about but not know more.he just got his blood drawn and the doctors told him his white blood count was high he had to get a shot to bring it lower.can anyone tell me more about b cell lymphoma and what i can expect from my dad going through cemo.and is it a dangerous lymphoma
