There's no one perfect center for dealing with epithelioid sarcoma. You should consult at a large cancer center for this tumor, but I'm not sure there's a big difference generally among places like Dana Farber, Sloan-Kettering, MD Anderson, the Mayo Clinic, Johns Hopkins, etc. The Sarcoma Alliance's list of centers is a good place to start looking for a place that is within traveling range: http://www.sarcomaalliance.org/centers.html IMHO, Dana Farber/Dr. George Demetri has the best sarcoma group in the country, but this is HIGHLY arguable. You want someone who sees a lot of sarcomas every and whom you and your family can relate to. My personal epithelioid sarcoma blog, Card Blue, has both personal anecdotes and links to useful information. The address is http://www.cardblueblog.com All best, SG
