I am so sorry about your mom's diagnosis. I lost my mom 28 years ago; I was 32 and she was 54 to uterine cancer. Sometimes the emotional aspect of cancer is harder on the caregiver and the family than the patient. Trust your mom's decision not to have chemo now and support her. She knows her body. Talk to her and listen to what she says to you. She knows you are hurting, believe me. She needs your support through this and you will be strong for her. It's scary but you'll get through it for your mom. Tell her you love her. Pray alot.
You will be in my thoughts and prayers,
Diane
