Hormone Therapy

Subject: hormone therapy

My husband is soon to be going through hormone and radiation therapy after a radical prostatectomy.  We have been getting conflicting information on the side effects from the hormone therapy as it pertains to impotency.  Do lupron injections cause impotence?
