Radiation (Tomo-Therapy) Pain

Yesterday my husband had his first rad.  He was complaining of slightly stonger pain in his throat earlier that day.  But after his treatment, he says it's much worse already. 

Now, I realize everyone is different in their reactions to this, but wondering if anyone else out there could feel the effects of the radiation after just one treatment?

yes the raditation treatments make you feel very tired it is hard to pin point the pain when so much is going on, but i can tell you i had a sore throat for almost a year, sometime a pain but i think alot of of it was dry throat sticking together. it is a journey  god bless
