My oncologist approved taking it with Zetia for cholesterol and it helped the pain from Femara a lot. I'm not taking Zetia now, but continue with the CoQ10. Hope it helps! I am on Arimidex and having severe pain in all my joints. I had Mastectomy on Jan. 11th 2008.
