Good Morning Yanamom;

"Although the patients treated with a TTP regimen were healthier prior to transplantation than were those in the other groups, the 92-month OS is still a remarkable achievement. Patients who achieved a CR or underwent a second transplant also had more favorable results. The authors thus recommend that patients be treated according to an established protocol, and if possible, receive the TTP-3 regimen."

I reviewed the link you posted but couldn't find anything more concerning what is involved with the TTP-3 Regimen. Can you help me?

you got me there. have a look here: I think the key is in the investigator conclusions, though it is mostly greek to me.

 though a bit of digging at the UAMS page revealed stage 2 trial

Now I am extremely confused. At least this trial appears in both previously untreated and previously treated sections. But the article gives an impression of finished trials. frustrated.
