Date: 05/01/2008 Dr. changed my time on chemo to one hour before onco rad of the morning. I did it today, withno actually getting sick, but the nausea is not a good thing. It is the end of te week, I am a bit depressed, and very tired of being sick. As a prior nurse, I am having a bad time trying to just live through the day. Will I get any energy back, strenght, or life when this is done? I am really weak right now and could use some direction..... Date: 05/02/2008 I never had a nausea problem with temodar in conjunction with 30 days of rads, but I sure did feel horrible toward the end.5th week or so I could barely get off the couch--aches, pains, weakness. I felt like I had the flu. My platelets were low from temodar and the radiation, though painless, takes a lot out of us. Hang in there. It will get better.
