In the last couple of weeks, my father has been having these spasm like movements in his hand/forearm. It only happens once in a while and lasts for a couple of minutes at most. Massage seems to make it go away. The doctor wants to do a MRI. I am scared that his cancer has spread to his brain. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, do you know what was the cause? he is on chemo: cisplatin/irinotecan. I have read about nerve damage but not anything about spasms/tremors. Thank you for any input.
