Best Time To Take Tarceva

Hi, please advise me: taking Tarceva in the early morning right after wake-up and eat meal 1 hr after or  taking it 2 hrs after dinner before going to bed, which way is the best?

Tarceva should be taken on an empty stomach.  This means 1 hr before eating or 2 hr after.  The time of day doesnt matter so much but keep it at the same time each day.

It may be easier to remember if you take it first thing in the morning.  The benefit of taking it at night is that you might have more energy during the day.     Roz

I was on Tarceva for 2 years.  I found that if you take it in the morning it makes you tired and you have less energy.  I took it 2 hrs after dinner every evening, Never forgot it.  You have a good nights sleep!!
