Estrogen Pills And Granulosa Cell Cancer

Hello to all -   Is anyone on Estrogen who has had Granulosa Cell Tumor and a total hysterectomy?   Due to this cancer being so rare I would feel better if I knew of others taking Estrogen...  Thanks very much

I have just been prescribed estrogen on 5-12-08.  Had GCT removed

3-4-08.  Total Abdominal Hyst with staging.  Have been looking for the \

same answer.  Is it really o.k. to take.

Talked to my ob/onc office today, recommended not taking oral estrogen

for my particular problem (rectocele).  He suggested Vagifem.  They said that if there are cancer cells still "floating around" the estrogen could have an effect on them.  This is very scarry and a hard decision.  I am still looking into something natural.  I have heard that 800 iu of vitamin E (400 in am and 400 in pm) can help with sweats.  Have not tried that one yet.
