Swollen Lymph Nodes

Subject: swollen lymph nodes

I have had rcc for years.  After surgically removing the tumors and going into remission for months, I am now told I have swollen lymph nodes in my chest and they cannot be operated on.  I have no idea what the differance is between swollen lymph nodes and tumors.  Anyone have any answers.  Thanks Sharon13
