T4 & Tsh Levels Are Up

I currently do not have a Endo because he dropped me when i went for a second opinion. I went to my reg dr because I found in a copy of my medical reports that the Ultrasound ran last sept. showed several bad lymph nodes and the bottom line read consistant for cancer.

I went to my regular family Doctor and she ran blood work and ordered a CT scan of the neck. The blood work came back with both the T4 and the TSH levels up since the last test was ran in Dec. Does this mean that the cancer is back? Any one that can help me to understand what these test mean please let me know.

Sorry, yes I had a total TT in Oct & Dec 06, I did a low dose of RAI in Fed. 07. My numbers in Dec 07 were  T4-2.0 last week T4-13.5, Dec TSH was 0.02 last week TSH was 0.66.  When I had my surgery for follicular cancer I had no lymph nodes removed.
