Post Surgery Redness?

Hello out there!  I was just wondering how many of you experienced a sudden redness within the incision area?  My mom had a partial nephrectomy about five weeks ago, and this morning, a little part of her fading scar is very red.  It does not hurt her, but I am not sure if anyone else has experienced this symptom.

I to had a partial nephrectomy in 2006, had a lot of redress in the incision area, just don't get it wet, and wear loose fitting clothes. it took me about a good 3 months before everything was hear.but I was 66 year old at the time. I hope everything is ok, I will be praying for your mom.

 Hi!  Thanks for your feedback.  I am so happy that you are doing better.  I was wondering if you had experienced any dizziness when getting up in the morning, or when moving quickly in a specific posture?   My mom has never had this problem until now.  The surgeon said that this is from the Anesthesia.  My mom is 66, and had this surgery at the same age as you.
