RE: Mother with Periotenial that spread to liver.

i was wondering how your mother is doing. my mom is recovering from ppc she had surgery on 11/12. she had 3 tumors and a 4th in the liver. the liver cancer was frozen and they think they have it all. she was to atart chemo today but is to weak. and is really depressed. she is so depressed she is disorentated. its more like a state of shock with denial. the doctor did tell her today that if she did not try chemo she would die in 3-6 months. my moms mother lived untill she was 104 and her father till 100. before surgery she could not understand why anyone would give up. now shes woundering if she wants to try. she did call the doctor thisafternoon and told her to reset up chemo so we are now going on dec 5. we know no one with stage 3 or 4 cancer so have no idea of how hard this fight might be. thanks for listing. mary
