Hi, you seem really worried and have a right to be. However, I have cysts that are filled with dibris and the doctor said it is not cancerous, nor would it be. You sound to me like you could have a disease that I have,PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome). It is so many times not diagnosed. If gone untreated, it can cause cancer, heart disease, diabetes, high cholesterol, many many things. I am on medication for it, and my life is so much better. Now when you go to a doctor and he says something like "you dont have pcos cause you dont have facial hair, etc..... " don't listen to him. I don't have facial hair, nor have it on my arms or anything, yet I had full blown pcos, and was at high risk for other diseases because of it. My doctor put me on glucophage (technically for diabetes, but works great for all symptoms of pcos). You may not have this, but sure sounds like you have many of my symptoms. Please read up online about it, then contact your doctor, or a gyn specialist. Better safe than sorry. Good luck
