He was in CCU for 21 days after the 7th day and was put on dialysis and b-pap with complications of high fever from the fungus Mucor. He relapsed in March after only having the induction and no consolidation treatments. He went thru induction again and 4 consolidations treatments with no complications and to be in remission  for 8 months and relapsed this April 08. We are waiting to here from our doctor at Vanderbilt concerning the transplant from his brother who is a perfect match.
