regarding proton therspy in gall bladder cancer

I am Dr Vikas from India.My mother was diagnosed with gall bladder cancer in feb2008,since then entire family is in very stress.Now doctors here are saying it inoperable.Recently I have read in some journal about PROTON THERAPY IN CANCER.I am not sure whether it is given in case of gall bladder cancer or not? Please can you help me in this matter?
