I have been on 150mg daily of Terceva since August and have had problems with my blood pressure. It goes up and down and I have to take it at home and take medication accordingly. I have diarrhea and skin rash pretty bad, but have not had the hot flash you described. The only thing I can say is that my symptoms have gotten better as my body adapted and its really only a nuisance. The blood pressure I control with my regular meds (I was on Benicar), but sometimes I cut in half or reduce...does seem to play havoc there. I have had success so far with the Terceva and I think its the only thing keeping me alive. Good Luck and God Bless You, Donna
