I set my alarm on my phone and take mine every day at 5 PM...as we eat at 6 and its always at least 2 hours since I've eaten. This is working well for me and I have been on Terceva since August with great results. I am in Stage 4 and had multiple tumors and currently they are all shrunk and under control.
