What do you feel would be best for your body? A hysterectomy would definitely reduce your chances of further HPV-related dysplasia. However, bear in mind you could still have dysplasia on your vagina, vulva, or anus. It's more rare, but it does happen.
But at this point, since you don't want anymore children, do what feels best for you. Also look at the lab report. If it's in the endocervical glands, LEEP will not help you. I am appalled by the number of women who were told LEEP was the best treatment for them when they should have been sent directly to a GYN/oncologist, after the biopsy came back. Please understand this is not to scare you. But it will get you actively involved in what is best for your body by looking at the lab report. That alone takes away a lot of the fear.
Also consider a second opinion. I hope everything works out for you! It is so upsetting to be faced with this.
