Does anybody know if you can drink Vitamin Water while on a low iodine diet? Looking at the label, I see that they use distilled/deionized water, and I'm not seeing anything with iodine in the added vitamins and electrolytes. I like vitamin water too and was unsure if I could have it while on the LID. I did not drink it though because I couldn't find a definite answer to the iodine question. I stuck to plain water.
