Correct Tsh Thyroid Level?

I had TT last year and they have been adjusting my meds.  I was tired, not sleeping, and basically not feeling normal.  When they did the TSH test in March I was at .08 and he said I was hyper-thyroid and lowered my dose from 125 to 112.  I just got the result yesterday from a test they took last week.  I'm now at .3 

Is that a normal number?  He wrote in the note to me that the level was fine and not need to adjust dose. The lab said normal range was .4  - ?

 Just need a little reassurance. Thanks!

.3 sounds like a good level.  However, I highly recommend paying more attention to your symptoms (or lack thereof) as a better gauge than the TSH level.  Some people need the level to be at the absolute lowest for complete relief of symptoms while others do ok with the level closer to 2.0 or 3.
