Hello. I am trying to find anyone who has had experience with the above listed medications. My aunt has been on the GTX (Gemzar/Taxotere/Xeloda) combination therapy for 9 months, and had been doing well; but now may be developing a resistance. So, we're researching options. She's Stage IV, diagnosed Sept. 04. Has anyone had any experience/information about using: 1. Erbitux and Irenotecan together? Apparently it's been used for colon cancer, but we can't find any published data about use for pancreatic, so any information would be helpful. 2. Erbitux and CPT-11: This is the protocol my aunt may be trying. She's scared about side effects and how effective it could be. Again, any help would be so welcome - we're kindof scrambling to change gears after being "spoiled" with the success of GTX. Thanks so much. Elizabeth

Sorry there - a correction - CPT-11 is the SAME as Irenotecan. So, we're looking for information about Erbitux/Irenotecan (CPT-11). Sorry for the confusion - ANY help would be so needed. Elizabeth
