is it possible to work while taking 50mg of sutent

i had left kidney removed in 99 (renal cell carcinoma), spot on right lung in 02, jan 08 have spot on right lung and about 5 lymphe nodes, been taking sutent 50mg, this has stopped the growth so far,main side effects is diahrea and fatique, any information on being able to work would be appreciated.                                                     thanks,Lee
