My Uncle has been diagnosed with MCL, it has spread to 74% (not sure what that means)  I am almost sure it's refering to the bone marrow biopsy.  When he went to the doctor for the first time (for all of this)  All of his lymph nodes were swollen the size of golf balls, he has something in his lung.  In addition, he got several mosquito bites a year ago that never really healed.  about a week ago he was bitten again and they have failed to heal sometimes leading to severe cellulitus.  The doctors have done biopsy's and a pet scan blood work, Xrays, etc...and the Dx was DCL.

I am on here hoping to find out what lies ahead for him, his family is in financial distress and my aunt also suffers from her own medical problems.  My uncle that is sick, is 47 years old.  They said, with agressive treatment, inpatient, (1 week on, 3 weeks off) at University of Pennsylvania hospital, it will leave him with 5 possible years, and without treatment, it may only be 1.  I am looking for honest facts about what is to come.  Symptoms, treatments, anything!

Thank YOU!
