Back Muscle Pain After Rituxin

I have finished 4 infusions of Rituxin for Waldenstrom's Macroglobulinemia, a rare form of lymphoma. During and after treatment I experienced severe back problems and pulled muscles. I had no back problems before treatment. Has anyone else experienced these symptoms while using Rituxin? After 6 wks of physical therapy 3 times a week I still can't be on my feet more than a few minutes due to back pain. Would appreciate hearing from anyone with similar experience. Thanks.

i was so glad to read your message, ive been online for 2 days trying to find somebody with this symptom. My husband has NHL and he has had back pain about 1 week after his RCHOP treatmend with the Rituxin (Mabthera).
Our oncologist said that this is a common side effect cause i was worried the cancer had spread ot his spine, he has pain killers prescribed to help with the pain,

My sister has just had a treatment of Rituxin and is also in a lot of pain.
