Angiosarcoma - Help?!?!?

Hello Everyone!  I know that Angiosarcoma has been posted about before, but I am hoping to find some survivors out there that can help my sister out.  I know that they are few and fare between!  She is 26 and was diagnosed 3 weeks ago with Primary Angiosarcoma in the left breast.  We have been to U of Michigan, and are currently making an appointment with MD Anderson.  It appears that the order we will be doing treatment is chemo, radiation, mastectomy (the tumor is already removed). She was negative for more tumors at her PET Scan at Johns Hopkins.  Anyone that can share experiences with Chemo (good or bad), etc. would be appreciated.  Thank you for any help/advice/encouragement that you can give us.  If you are more comfortable emailing, my email is  --Message edited by CancerCompass staff. I was diagnosed with angio sarcoma of the frest august 2007, I had mastectomy then had op on the chest wall, as needed to take more away, now i am on chemo/taxol once a week for three weeks ad one week off, i have had very little side affects which is good.

Hope all is going well with you, can you tell me the thinking behind your treatment as it is the opposite of mine and would be interested to know.

Everyone seems to get different and i live in england so i think my oncologists see even less of it.

All the best keep positive

HI, hope you check back to this site. I am wondering how your treatments went and are you now cancer free?

Just wondering how the treatments went....hope all is well. I also have angiosarcoma of the breast.  Have been through several operations to take out cancer cells, which is all my doctors believe we should do at the moment.  No chemo, no radiation due to the fact that the radiation is what caused this cancer.  Hope to hear from you.
