Grandma

My Grandma was recently diagnosed with lung cancer. Since she is not seeking treatment they are not going to do any tests to find out what kind of cancer it is. They do however feel that it has most likely already spread to her bones. They say probably less than a year. I am getting married in January and want to know what to expect of her health in the months to come. Is there anything inparticular that I myself can do for her? I've never dealt with anything of this magnitude. My dad had kidney cancer, but he had his kidney removed and didn't require any futher treatment, so this is all new. Help me out please. Thanks.
