2ND BCG TREATMENT

My husband David had a kidney removed in Dec,  also what was described as superficial tumors in bladder. Seemed to be doing well,had 6 BCG treatments, but this week after cysto there were more small tumors, again th Dr said "superficial" we are awaitng results of CAT scan, He will need 6 more BCG treatments. Has any one experienced this ?  It seems the first treatments did not work Will the 2nd.  ?  Iknow we must wait and see but I would like to hear that the 2nd series might work better than the fis\rst

hi sandy,  i have had multiple cystos due to cancerous toumors in my bladder.  the doc tells me know that he wants to do the BCG.  theres no garantee and the possible side affects are worrying me.  could you tell me how he felt during the treatment and after each treatment how long did he feel uncomfortable before the next?  also i have a case called vasovagal, witch is when i get too nervouse or stressed i passout.  i have to have my cystos in the OR because of this.  how uncomfortable is the BCG?
