His doctor put him on Nystatin - its a mouthwash that he swallowed. It was last year when he was treated for it, but I believed it lasted about 3-4 weeks. If you need any more info, just ask. They've been concerned about mouth sores for past month and did a throat culture for SJS - Stevens-Johnson syndrome which thankfully came back negative. Take care of any mouth issues as soon as they arise! My husband has also been on Nystatin as well as Chlorhexedin (sp?) rinse.
