Scared And Need Help

First off i apologize about how long this is but i need to get this out. I am petrified of doctors because i lost my mom at 18 due to melenoma cancer and for the past couple years i have been feeling sick myself. It started with a hard bony lump in my right nostril and blocked my airway. for the first couple weeks when i cried or blew my nose to hard i would get some blood but the bleeding has completely stopped. i have a tonsil enlarged on my right side but it hasn't grown or changed its look and i have had it over a yr now. I get sinus pain and pressure but i have no health insurance and i go to the doctor and i get blood work done which comes back fine and then i get sent back hom. i get twitching sensations and pulsing in both of my ears it comes and goes and i get tingling and numbness all over my face on occasion and now i am getting the tingling and numbness on both arms,hands, legs, feet. sometimes burning sensation sometimes twitching but its not always there. I don't have headaches. I do get occasional twitching in my head no vomiting i can see fine no buldging lump from anywhere besides the little lump in my nose. I know i need to see a doctor but i am so scared cause i am only 23 and i just need to know what to do. Thank you anyone who can respond with information would be so helpful.

First off, youre not helping things by putting it off. Get some answers asap, so you know what youre dealing with. Cancer is beatable if you start soon enough. Most states have help available for people without insurance. I would think that some of the clinics or hospitals in your area could refer you to some resources for help. You are very young, and you need to get this out of your way so you can get on with the rest of your life. Waiting wont help anything, if my wife hadnt pushed me to see a doctor for the swelling in my throat last year , I probably would not be here to write this to you today. Dont wait another day.

It really alarms me at your age. I have a daughter your age and would be worried sick if she did not go to the doctor. Do you have other family you can talk to about this? You call your doctor asap and make an appointment. It could be absolutely nothing and you need to rest your conscience, not to mention get medical attention if need be. You will feel much better knowing either way. Please, let me know! I'll be your mom!!
