Today It's A Very Sad

I haven't been able to visit this site in a very long time, my sister-in-law  passed away Friday July 11TH at 12:25 pm. we had her funeral today. {may she rest in piece}. Her suffering ended  all that pain from the cancer it's gone, I'm very sad,  but after watching her suffer from duodenal cancer and liver problems, I  thank GOD he made the suffering stop. I know she is with GOD  now and I know I have to be strong for my husband, he lost his only sister and  for my kids they lost their aunt.

I lost my twin sis in AUG and the pain is there but peace too.

I do feel we( families)  will all be together again. I am LDS and it is the teachings that family is eternal. What a comfort it  is to me.

I'm so sorry you lost your sister-in-law.  My only sister-in-law was diagnosed with inoperable PC on April 15, 2008.  She is 47 years old.  She is taking Chemo weekly and Tarveca daily.  She is experiencing all the side effects and weighs a mear 98lbs.  It is so hard to see them in so much pain and misery.  It happens so fast and so many ups and downs that somedays we just don't know if she'll make it to tomorrow.  She is a tough cookie and swears she doesn't feel like someone who is dying.  She has plans for next summer and then the following but she heard what we heard when the doctor gave his prognosis so we just try and make everyday count.  I pray when it's her time - she goes peacefully and stands at those pearly gates and waits for the rest of us that will be there someday too.

 I hope you and your family find comfort and peace in your sister-in-laws passing.  She is no longer in pain.  God bless her.

Dear Claudia, I am so sorry over the loss of your dear sister-in-law.  Know she is finally at peace and not suffering.  I lost my husband on February 22, 2008, 12:30 a.m. to stomach cancer.  He fought so hard to live.  I truly believe we will all be reunited, take comfort in that.  She is not gone just waiting...
