Tarceva + Alimta...Any One On It?

Hi, my wife has been on Tarceva + Alimta for about 10 months.  She has periodic rashes (we think from the Tarceva, but 'flared up' by the Alimta) but otherwise is tolerating it fine.

 Anyone have any other experiences with this combo?  How long have you been on it?

Three yrs on Tarceva next week, and plenty of rash problems!!  Ive been on Tarceva alone since finishing chemo and radiation. In Sept 06, I had another big brain met surgery, but never stopped Tarceva.  I had radiation again after the last brain met, but kept right on with the Tarceva.

Has your doctor talked about adding another medication to the Tarceva?  Have you found anything that seems to work with managing the rash?
