HI Dad i would like to post this also at the cancer site for inspiration to others...Yes its THANK YOU JESUS

That would be ok

Love you ssssssssssssssssssooooooooooooo much

Dear friends, just wanted you to know that today July 21, 2008 we went to our cancer doctor and she said “I have some good news” I was braced for the worst kind of news, she told me that my cancer tumors had reduced in size from what they were at the beginning of my Chemotherapy to half the size that is a 50% reduction in the cancer cells from 6 months ago or 5 treatments of Chemotherapy. I told my doctor THANK THE LORD and the Cancer doctors for what they had ask me to do. I know that the doctors can give medicine but it is LEFT UP TO OUR LORD JESUS TO GIVE HEALING…….SO THANK YOU JESUS AND FOR YOU PRAYING FOR ME. I will take 4 more treatments and another scan at that time I hope and pray they will be 100% gone.

Love you all and pray for you

Do not stop praying for me.

You’re Friend Elza

My Dad, Elza was diagnosed with Colon Cancer about 1 year ago. He is 70 years old. The doctor took out the tumor. He was told that no other traces of Cancer was found in the body.  The Doctor recommended Chemotherapy. But it came across as a unnecessary sale of treatments.  No one understood that there could be unseen traces of cancer that was not detected and it could spread very quickly.  We didn't understand the survival rate with the different stages.
About Six months later Dad was checked and the cancer was in the liver and lungs.  We had never heard of metastatic colon cancer.  The new doctor he went to explained to him what was going on in a way he could understand.  This time he understood.  We all understand now.  I hope this helps someone that is in stage 1 to understand how important it is to take precautions for the unseen traces of cancer.  Now my Dad is taking all the recommended treatments. The tumors so far have shrunk 50%.  God is Good - All the Time.

Thanks Janie for you posting this on the site. I know that the Lord Jesus had a healing hand in my cancer being removed by 50% thanks for the other message explaining what my cancer was. I hope this will help someone else to get treatment sooner and not to wate after being told you have a stage 3 cancer for treatment.

Praise the Lord!  We are half way there, Dad! The Lord will take care of the other 50%.  Believe and have faith that he will heal. I will always keep praying that the Lord will heal you. The Lord is Good! I LOVE YOU!  CurlyQ.

Glad to hear that you are progressing as well. Keep praying. Alot of people don't realize the importance of prayer. I will say a prayer for you as well.  Just like my dad said, it is the Lord that does the healing, we have to do our job and ask for his will to be done.  CurleyQ

Hello,

I'm so very happy to hear your good news!  Yes, God is good!!  I, too, have been so blessed by the Lord.  I was diagnosed in Aug. 2007 and now, 11 months later, have no evidence of any cancer!  I did have a liver resection to remove some tumors, but most of my tumors (which were in both lungs, liver, and rectum) disappeared or greatly shrunk during the chemo.  I don't, however, believe it was just the chemo- the Lord Jesus had his hand on me!  Blessings to you- what a great boost to hear!

Take care,

Lisa

The Doctors decided to take out the entire right lobe of the liver...in a couple of weeks...do you think they are doing this because it is easier then to just take out the tumors? What was the point of shrinking the tumors if they were going to take the entire right lobe of the liver anyways?
