Could This Be Lymphona Or Am I Crazy

I wanna ask anybody that has been thru it. I'm really scared I want to go to the doctor but i'm already in so much medical debt because our so called insurance hardely covers anything. so one little vist to the doctor sets us back hundreds of dollers or a lab test another 800 bucks. Anyways I started searching online because last night I got a horrible sore throat out of no where and it wasn't like one I've had before. I just hurts and feels like I have lump in my throat. Hurts horribley to swollow and i put my hand on the front of my throat where that hard thing is and right below it is where the pain is and touching it makes me want to cry. My Right lingual tonsil is alot larger then the other side I have had my other tonsils removed as a kid also my anioids. If I look back over the last 5 months i have had alot of strange symptoms I just thought were my new medication. But now with the sore throat I know that is not my medication. I started taking 15mg extended Dextroamphetamine for adult ADD back in april. But noticed stuff happening since Febuary. in Feb I weighed 167lbs right now in july I weigh 135lbs. Yes I'm happy but thats alot. My appitite was affected by meds for a few weeks. But now it goes in spurts. When I first started meds I admit I didn't eat much But now I eat pretty much how i use to when i was heavy yet I keep losing weight. I've also noticed  how tired i've been and just feeling like I've just compleated army bootcamp. Even stranger is i've been itchy like no other at first I blamed it on flies that might be biting me from work but after catching one and doing alot of research i relised they don't even bite and my husband looked all over me and found no bites. Its the itchy feeling you get right after you get bit by a mosquito and just itchs like hell but random differnt spots all over me. what do you all think?

oh Yea Since feb or longer i've had stomach problems in the since feeling bloated and uncomfortable all the time no matter what i eat or don't.

I had trouble swallowing some vitamin C's that were similar to over size aspirins. At the time I had no idea the cause was cancer at the base of my tongue.  I did have a swollen lymph node on my right shoulder and after getting a throat check by an ENT (ear nose and throat doctor) he did a throat biopsy and one on my swollen lymph node and they were positive for cancer.  Having caught mine that early it only took two chemos to knock the cancer down.  I just had my one year full CT scan and it was negative. An ENT doctor might be the best doctor you should see.
