Throat Pain

I need a little help. First i have not been to a doctor yet because i think i may be just a worry wart. I have a pain that is located only on my adams apple. It kind of feels like a bruse of some sort. When i swallow if feel it the most. When i touch it i can feel even more pain. It feels as if my throat is full of drainage or something.  can someone give me some insight? Thanks

Best thing to do is go to a throat doctor and let them check you out it could be nothing, yet it's better to be safe than regret it later. It took a year before I realized I had throat cancer. good luck and God bless.
