Need advice for treatment

Hi group,Two months ago my father had a lung surgery for the lung infection as the result of that he lost about 40lbs. One month after surgery he was diagnosed with AML (M1). So far we have consulted with 4 Leukemia specialists. Two of them said he won’t survive if he goes under chemotherapy (considering his age 73 years old and he is weakness because of surgery and using a lot of antibiotics), but two other ones suggested at least low dosage of chemotherapy. One of the doctors yesterday suggested us to use REVLIMID (lenalidomide). I am not sure how much it can be effective or if someone has a good result from using it.Our options are only supportive care, low dosage chemotherapy, high dosage chemotherapy and Revlimid.I really appreciate it for any advice or suggestion. Thanks, Mark
