She passed peacefully at home with family by her side and yes I agree that Hospice are angels on Earth! They took care of my mom with dignity, respect and treated her like a person, even though her memory was gone. I encourage anyone trying to battle this f*^#ing disease to contact them when it's time. They are a great help when you need to rest and you loved ones needs to be cared for. I am so glad she is out of pain and is running with her dad and the numerous dogs, cats and horses that were waiting for her when she crossed the Rainbow Bridge. I am greatly saddened by her passing and for the fact that my brother and sister, out of towners, weren't able to be there when she passed, but I told her they loved her and it was time for her to go. I make be saddened at her passing, but after a long battle, I feel a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders knowing she's in a better place, pain free. Those of you who have gone through this, you are the veterans; those of you going through this, you are the soliders; and those of you about to start, you have the access to knowledge and expertise of this website to help you through. Take care and God Bless.
